Life savers. Our plane was cancelled and we had to get to Venice for the next flight out of Italy ASAP. Roberta and her team provided us with a suitable car at 9pm, did all the paperwork as fast as possible and all at a reasonable price. Thank you so much and will use the company again.

Nous avons loué une voiture à l’aéroport de Malpensa, nous l’avons réceptionné dans un parking couvert un peu sombre et nous avons validé avec l’employé l’état de celle-ci.
Au moment de la déposer à la gare de Vérone comme convenu, la personne chargée de la réception a trouvé un impact sur le toit et deux pratiquement invisibles sur le pavillon en haut des portières.
Elle a indiqué sur son rapport que ces impacts étaient dus à un orage de grêle. Orage de grêlons qui n’aurait fait que trois impacts dont deux quasiment invisibles. Nous avons passé cinq jours avec cette voiture et nous avons eu une météo ensoleillée sans aucun orage.
Il est bien évident que ces impacts étaient déjà présents à la livraison de la voiture mais invisibles à l’œil nu dans un parking souterrain.
Nous avons bien sûr contesté ce rapport mais pour nous libérer nous avons été obligé de le valider.
De plus ces gens ne répondent pas au téléphone ni aux mails.
Notre tort a été de ne pas avoir fait de photos du véhicule à la livraison, mais aurions nous penser à faire une photo du toit ?
Nous avions heureusement souscrit une assurance de remboursement de franchise.
Donc je vais avancer les frais de franchise pour une voiture qui ne sera vraisemblablement pas réparée. Un bon moyen d’escroquer les assurances.

Be aware you are NOT renting from Enterprise, you are renting from a different company with a completely different lower set of standards than enterprise. Any kind of damage is charged €70, PLUS the damage charge itself. Had a tiny scratch and dent smaller than 3cm and charged €400 for that. We all know it doesn't cost that much to fix this damage. The excess is excessively high so unless you completely write off a vehicle, you will be paying for everything. The worst part is they won't even repair the damage, they will just take your money and leave it. Scam.

Well what can you say, frank and Marta wonderfully helpful. Our booking was in T1 but no problems changing the booking to T1. So friendly and pleasant it was if we went to a five star establishment hence the five star review. The guys in the collection super friendly as well.

We arrived at airport to be greeted at the Enterprise desk by Frank who was funny and very helpful. He even helped me with my Italian. Frank was also there when we dropped off the car. Extremely pleasant. Thank you

¡Horrible! Hicimos una reserva de la misma empresa pero desde Málaga, en este caso se hizo a mi nombre pero iba a conducir mi pareja, nos dijeron que como estaba a mi nombre no podía conducir él, nos quisieron cobrar de más, casi 800€, cuando teníamos un coche reservado durante una semana por 160€. Llamamos a España y nos comentaron que no había problema en cambiarlo, cuando lo hablamos con el chico de la recepción de enterprise de Milán, nos sale con que no tienen las mismas leyes en Italia que allí; nos dejó al lado de la puerta, con las maletas y sin solución alguna que pagar esa barbaridad. Perdimos 2 horas y tuvimos que irnos en tren hacía nuestro apartamento para buscar un coche para el día siguiente.

Thank you Nicola! If there's a recipe for an epic getaway, it involves 9 amigos, 3 Enterprise cars, and the magnificent backdrop of Lake Como. Our long weekend escapade felt like a Hollywood road trip - except, instead of celebrities, we had our own star-studded squad cruising through Como, Monza, Milan, and even a local National Park.

The Enterprise rental cars? Like trusty sidekicks in a grand adventure movie! They carried us effortlessly through winding Italian roads, delivering us to jaw-dropping vistas and gelato spots galore. The cars were as reliable as that one friend who always has the best playlists for every mood - smooth, comfortable, and just what we needed for our Italian odyssey.

And then came the grand finale - returning the cars. But forget the grand finale, it was meeting Nicola that stole the show! Picture this: a group of tired but exhilarated travelers returning the cars, and there she was—Nicola, a ray of sunshine in the Enterprise parking lot. Her smile? Contagious enough to power up a whole city!

Nicola, if I got the name right, deserves an award for making car returns feel like bidding farewell to a friend. Her warmth and genuine charm were the cherry on top of our already fantastic trip.

So, to Enterprise: your cars were the wheels to our dreams, and to Nicola: your smile brightened the end of our journey like a final, delightful Italian sunset. Grazie mille for the memories that will be retold until we’re old and wrinkled. Ciao, bella!
